Every interaction across the Suite (emails, calls, SMS, form fills, bookings, support tickets) ties back here.\n\n## Adding contacts\n\n- Add manually from Core → Contacts → New\n- Import from CSV\n- Capture from forms, chatbots, landing pages\n- Sync from integrations\n\n## Identity resolution\n\nWe automatically merge duplicates by email and phone. You can also merge manually from a contact's detail page.\n\n## Custom fields\n\nAdd your own fields in Settings → Custom Fields.
