Does Storycraft use my brand colors?+
Yes — Graphics and Video pull from your Brand Kit so output stays on-brand.
Who owns the AI-generated content?+
You do. Outputs are yours to use commercially.
Core (CRM & Workspace)
Can I import my existing contacts?+
Yes — import via CSV from Core → Contacts, or use a native integration with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and others.
What's the difference between Core and LeadSprout?+
Core is your CRM and workspace (contacts, companies, campaigns, inbox). LeadSprout is the sales engine on top (deals, prospecting, quotes, calls).
Can I track revenue per campaign?+
Yes — every campaign rolls up spend, conversions, and revenue in the Campaign ROI report.
Buffollow (Support & Loyalty)
Can the AI Agent really handle support?+
For tier-1 questions, yes — most customers see 40–60% deflection. Complex tickets escalate to humans automatically.
Wunder AI
Does Wunder train on my data?+
No. Your workspace data is used only to answer your questions and is never used to train third-party models.
Can I turn Wunder off?+
Yes — admins can disable Wunder per user or workspace in Settings.

How do I cancel?+
Settings → Billing → Cancel plan. You keep access through the end of your billing cycle and can export everything before then.
Is SSO supported?+
Yes — SAML SSO is available on Business and Enterprise plans.

Is XP just for fun?+
Mostly — but you can also redeem XP for swag, add-on discounts, or Wundertre services.

Can I export my data?+
Yes — every report exports to CSV, XLSX, or PDF. Full-account exports are available from Settings.

Who can see the audit log?+
Only Owners and Admins by default. You can grant audit access to specific custom roles.

Which ad platforms are supported?+
Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Microsoft.
Do I need a developer to install pixels?+
No — MarketBoost installs the Wundertre pixel and third-party pixels with no code edits.

Yes — every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
How long does setup take?+
Most teams are up and running in under an hour. Connecting a domain takes the longest (DNS propagation).

Can I use my own domain for websites?+
Yes — connect any domain in Settings → Domains and publish your Ardament site there.
Are sites mobile-friendly?+
Every Ardament template is responsive by default. You can also fine-tune per breakpoint.
LeadSprout (Sales)
How do I register for 10DLC?+
Settings → Messaging Compliance. Submit your brand and use case — approval usually takes 1–3 business days.
Are calls recorded?+
Optional, and only with consent. Recordings are transcribed and summarized automatically.
Can prospects pay through quotes?+
Yes — connect Stripe and quotes can be accepted and paid online in one step.
