Send an invite\n\nGo to Settings → User Management and click Invite user. Enter their email and choose a role.\n\n## Roles\n\n- Owner — full access, including billing\n- Admin — full access except billing\n- Manager — manages a hub or team\n- Member — day-to-day user\n- Viewer — read-only\n\n## Tips\n\n- Invites expire in 14 days — resend if needed\n- Use Teams to group users by department\n- Audit who has access monthly in Settings → Audit Log
